This place was perfect for my table read. There were bathrooms close by, plenty of seating, and a whole lighting set up perfect for test shots with the actors. The owner was very helpful, would definitely recommend! The only issue I found was the parking. It's a really busy street but there is parking in nearby parking lots, so overall awesome space!

The studio was great! I first thought I was shooting in the office space, but then realized I was going to shoot in the studio, which was great! The studio was exactly what I needed! It is GREAT!! Patrick was amazingly responsive and helpful!
