Really enjoyed the vice for holding auditions. The street noise was pretty loud but sound quality was still good enough to hear the actors clearly. Dylan was so helpful with ensuring we had everything we needed and approving the extra hours we booked for the waiting room. Would definitely use this space again!

First of all, Dylan is such a great host! I asked to visit the place ahead of time, and without hesitation…he said yes! The day of, I asked if I could use some extra space/ chairs, again without hesitation he said yes. I love the space! It was neat and equipped with necessary furnitures to host meetings/ classes. Rest rooms were very clean as well! I give Dylan and his space more than 5 stars if I could! I’ll definitely book with him again!

This work space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighbourhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for professionals, students, teams, entrepreneurs and more! Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8am -6pm for discounted pricings. Usage: The space is great for team meetings, job interviews, presentations, production meetings, small start-up teamsn, private work spaces and more! Neighborhood Details: The workspace is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of resturants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28 foot balcony with a great view of the village.
