This was great! Clean, easy to access, affordable, and the host was accomodating and easy to reach. The street is a little noisy (which the host disclosed) because there are buses stopping outside. It’s nothing that would bother someone using the room for a non filming purpose and I was able to hold for dialogue / let them pass but something to keep in mind for other producers.
