This space is located in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. The space is equipped with a variety of amenities including high-speed wifi, a private balcony, two 55 inch 4K televisions, speakers, a mini fridge. All of the furnishing and equipment in the space is brand new. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8am-6pm for discounted pricing. Usage: This space is great for conferences, workshops, team-building events, product-demos, speaking-events, book clubs, classes, focus groups, presentations, improv sessions, coaching sessions, seminars, and more! The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28 foot balcony with a great view of the village. Note: The capacity for this space is for events with 12 or less people. Depending on the nature of the event you wish to hold, we may require our on-site rep to be present during the event.
