Excellent for all of your film shoot, photoshoot, hair and makeup HMU, production office, or any other shooting location needs. Built in TV monitor, HDMI, USB, extension cords, two wall whiteboards available if needed. **More than 6 cast/crew members and/or excess equipment must rent out the adjacent Brick/Conference room. Deena, and the site owners are wonderful. They were very quick to communicate and we’re helpful in every way. The Rita house offers so many possibilities, but the Parlor was a joy to film in. We hope to be back!

The space is superb and Deena was an incredible partner. She felt like a member of our team and helped make sure every detail was addressed. I really appreciated that they insist a walk-through to make sure that the space will be the right fit, and everything was exactly as expected. This space is incredible well managed and the the team we brought in had great things to say -- the professional TV actor thought so too! This could not have worked better for us and could not have been better managed.
