Spacious Hollywood Spanish Loft Studio w/ Charm

These photos do not do this space justice... Consider this the all-in-one suite for filming your next interview or scene. Rita was Hitchcock and Norman Leer's costume designer and this is where she did all of the creating. The 3,000 sq. ft loft is filled with history, costumes, scripts, vintage, random odd and ends... and everything in between - nothing short of character. There's a large outdoor patio, kitchen (not fully pictured) and a back room that's perfect for a filming or hair and makeup. There's a large freight elevator and an easy parking alleyway that also makes this space a dream to shoot in from a logistics perspective. This space lends itself for filming, production office, brainstorm session, table read - let your imagination be your guide! All of the furniture is moveable and flexible. There's plenty of easy and free no-limit street parking down 3rd and 2nd with the Grove within walking distance for food or parking. Not what you're looking for or need more shots?
