Excellent location. Eli was great from the get go - instructions for entry were easy, parking was easy, and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space, separate area for hair/makeup. Beautiful light in the morning. Very clean. Rate was fantastic. If we're ever shooting in LA again, I would totally use the space.

Depending on traffic, our location is a few minutes away from the core of DTLA. Restaurants, hangout stops, shopping districts, and more can be seen just by looking outside our window. Side street parking is free after 6 PM every day of the week. Parking structures are located around the building with various daily rates ($5 to $15).
Weekly/Monthly discounts are available. For more information about

Nice space, very detailed instructions on how to access. Easy to reach hosts and was exactly what we were looking for.

This space was absolutely amazing! I was filming a dance shoot in this space and couldn’t of asked for better lighting! The floors were also kept so clean which saved my dancer’s feet.
Will definitely be back soon!
