Amazing Fully Lit Film & Photo Studio with White Cyclorama Wall - Lights Included! Underground Studios | Available 7-days a week | Open 24/7 1,600 ft² of amazing video / photo production space (expandable up to 3,200 ft² with cool VIP space for $50/hr extra). The studio includes an 800 ft² White CYC (Cyclorama/Infinity) wall, PRE-LIT (lights included), 34′ wide and 22′ deep, flat matt. We offer lights, a huge 50" monitor & speaker for free and other items. Free parking, HUGE 10' x 10' garage doors for load-in and load-out, a separate Room in the front (large table, kitchenette, fridge, coffee, tea, hot water, etc.), makeup station, bathrooms, couches, tables and chairs. We are able to accommodate large and small productions. IDEAL USE Music Video Shoots, Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Interviews, Film Shoots, Dance Shoots, Cars & Trucks, Production Events SPACE FEATURES Super Cold Air Conditioning 10 ceiling mounted lights with room to add your own light, 3 rolling (Continuous Daylight) lights 5ft 18-bulb full body light on rollers Plenty of power (details below) 50” Samsung TV Monitor on rollers (HDMI + SDI) Bluetooth loud speaker Large room 10'x10' garage door (easy loading) *Fast Internet and the ability to broadcast Live from the space! POWER DETAILS We have 2 BATES Stage 3 Pin connectors. Each with 60 Amps and 120 Volts and we have LEX 60 Amp Bento "Hollywood Box" to (3) NEMA 20 Amp Circuits power distribution unit connected to one of the BATES connectors. We have a 220 Volt 30 Amp outlet if you need it as well. ADDITIONAL FEES $100 repaint fee if you mess up the floor, $200 for car on stage, If you book the studio before 8am or after 8pm, there is an additional cost of $50/hr added to the booking fee for just those early or late hours. Fee will be added the day of the shoot if not before. $300 FEE IF YOU REMOVE AND REHANG OUR EXISTING CEILING LIGHTS. These fees are added before or after the booking takes place. ADDITIONAL RENTALS We also have a connected VIP space that can also be rented for $50/hr extra (great for shooting office scenes or as a VIP room for talent) *Pictures of the add-on space are included in the selection of pics for this space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES If you need any additional production team members, such as a camera person, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services, we have people we've worked with in the past that we can reach out to for you at their respective (but highly competitive) prices. CONVENIENCE We're actually on the border of Burbank & Glendale (by Disney Animation/Grand Central Station and Dreamworks). Free parking for up to 8 cars in our own parking lot, plus lots of free street parking around the corner.
