Thanks so much for checking out our space! This is a 2,500 sq. ft. industrial warehouse studio we’ve thoughtfully curated with rare props, rich textures, and standout collectibles. It’s raw, elevated, and full of character—perfect for film shoots, photo sessions, creative productions, or intimate events where the setting really matters. We have plenty of easy parking, including two large adjacent fenced lots on-site, plus ample street parking in the surrounding residential neighborhood. Included with your rental, you’ll find: - A double-wide roll-up garage door that makes load-in simple—drive right inside to unload your gear - Two large neon lights that instantly set the mood - A custom made 20'x20' backdrop constructed from rusty & patina corrugated sheet metal - Aged concrete block wall perfect for backdrops - Worn white drywall perfect for backdrops with character - A Harley-Davidson Softail and a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle - Authentic WWII-era aircraft parts for set decor & esthetic - Vintage wooden ammo boxes and industrial details throughout - Antique car parts with serious patina - Exposed wood beam ceilings in one section, paired with vaulted corrugated tin ceilings in the other - A room divider constructed from old industrial windows facing west that fill the space with beautiful, streaked afternoon light The warehouse offers multiple distinct looks in one place—gritty yet refined, bold but warm. Great experience, loved shooting here. Matt is very professional, has great communication. We were able to capture the production we visualized thanks to this amazing rustic location and beautiful Neon signs.

The space is exactly as described and looks incredible with no set dressing! Could be great for a motorcycle club, or music video, gang hide out, warehouse, mechanic shop, etc. Rian is super cool too. We had a great time.

End to end we had an excellent experience shooting at Rian's Vintage Warehouse. He was very responsive, communicative and supportive.
