Dress it up, dress it down or leave it how it is! This 2,500 square foot warehouse caters to artist, musicians, entrepreneurs, creatives, collectors, pickers & admirers of all things junky & rusty. This space is EXCELLENT for photo shoots and has been used many times for films & commercials. Also great for: -Music/Dance Videos -Film/TV/Video production -Student Films, Webisodes, Commercials, Feature Films... -Production office/offsite -Base Camp & Set/Prop Builds -Art Openings/Shows -Meeting -Events -Art Department Builds -Light industrial Use The warehouse is full of cool props to decorate your film set with. We have plenty of on-site parking, with two large adjacent fenced lots. The warehouse is located in a residential area, with street parking plentiful as well. Inside the shop you'll find: - a double-wide roll up garage door... super easy access, drive right inside to unload your gear. - 2 large, vintage neon signs. - A Harley Davidson -WWII era aircraft parts. -Vintage wooden ammo boxes -Cool antique car parts. -Wood beam ceilings in one part of the warehouse, vaulted corrugated tin the other half. There's also a cinder block wall, and old gnarly industrial windows (west-facing with streaking afternoon sunlight) -rotating collection of cool junky, rusty metal props, antiques and collectables. Different looks to choose from, all camera-ready at 360 degrees.
