Location: West Los Angeles. Near the 405 and the 10 Freeways. Santa Monica Adjacent. Workshop/group room space Available in an attractive 3 story atrium building. Classroom seats 40 people classroom style, more theater style. Whiteboard, overhead projector, WiFi. Restrooms Located at the front and the back of the building Restroom keys hang at the back of the room on blue holders The keys open both the Men’s and Women’s restrooms. There are four keys in the room. There is a $25 replacement fee for bathroom keys and holders that are taken or misplaced. AC: The thermostat is located at the back of the room Please do NOT set the thermostat lower than 70 degrees After your meeting, please turn the thermostat off (lower right-hand button) Trash: The building has regular janitorial services Monday through Friday. If you need to dispose of trash, here is the procedure: Take trash to back elevator. Go to P1. Turn left. Dumpster is near the small flight of stairs. Overhead Projector: To turn on the projector, use the remote control Please bring an adapter for your laptop Kasdum Services has some adapters that may work for your computer, but does not assume responsibility for connectivity. At workshop’s end, please use the remote control to turn off the overhead projector Parking: Street parking is available on nearby streets (Ohio, Wellesley, Carmelina). Please read the signage carefully. Ohio: allows for all day parking Monday through Wednesday. On Thursdays and Fridays there is street cleaning from 12:00 – 3:00 on alternate sides of the street. There is ticketing for cars parked on the designated street cleaning days. Wellesley and Carmelina: 2-hour parking except Sundays. Underground parking: The daily fee for parking is $20.00 Monday through Friday. Disclaimer: Neither Kasdum Services, Inc; 12304 Santa Monica Blvd, LLC; nor Parking Concepts Incorporated assume any liability for cars parked in the garage during weekend hours. Garage: Santa Monica Entrance: 6’7” clearance; Wellesley Ave. Entrance: 6’1” clearance After hours: When exiting closely approach a garage door gate and it will automatically open. Food: Guest can bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into the suite and assume responsibility for the potential costs for significant stain removal. At the end of the day, please lock the suite door.
