About the Space
A SPACE FOR Photoshoots, workshops, intimate weddings & events, pop-ups, video production, workspace, and so much more. Studio set-ups rotate throughout the year, and can be tailored to whatever your needs are. PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOT rates start at $125/hour EVENT rates start at $250/hour *If you are filming sound, we can not always guarantee silence in our studio as there are other tenants in our building. Please message us before booking if you are recording sound. **We usually only do events until 1am. Anything after 1am, is charged an after-hour rate of $400/hour. Food & Drinks are allowed. However for large events with food + drinks, a cleaning fee of $200 will apply. If you're planning to bring in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit). For large evening events, security will be required at an additional fee. WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our photography studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker. FEATURES Couches & lounge chairs (diff styles) 3 wooden tables (each 6' ft long) 15 mismatched wooden chairs Moveable tiki bar Rugs (diff styles) Many plants (real & fake) Vanity with mirror Lots of decor & props String lights Neon signs All decor & furniture can be moved around but please be careful when moving large items. Please move items back when you're done with them. Our studio is constantly evolving so props & furniture may change from time to time. If there is a specific piece you require, please let us know before booking.
