About the Space

Cre8ive Studio 3-3, a 323 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 30 people, has acoustic installation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Starting at $30 an hour, Space 3-3 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, we have accommodated multiple room bookings and many uses. Each studio has acoustic insulation and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multi-day and after-hours bookings. Please send us an inquiry for student and non-profit discounts. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.

    Great staff, clean facilities, bright and spacious rooms with plenty of high quality furniture to use. There is a good bit of sound bleed from other rooms, so be aware if you're booking something and need a quiet space.
