About the Space

Space 2-2, a 315 sq ft loft, is a sun-lit space perfect for your next meeting, rehearsal, or shoot! It's oversized windows and mirrored wall create a sense of openness and connection to the outside world. With it's mirrored wall, the studio can be used for activities such as dance classes, yoga sessions, and fittings. With it's adaptable layout including tables, chairs, and projector, and a capacity of up to 25 people, they accommodate a variety of events, from small team meetings to creative workshops, tailored to your unique requirements. Our space: -Doorman building -Hardwood floors -Versatile lighting -Air purifiers in each room -Active noise-cancelling technology in the hallways -Acoustic insulation with sound-dampening panels -Dedicated extra-wide hallways -3 restrooms (1 ADA accessible) Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. Amenities include: -Wi-Fi -On-site staff available at all times -Water dispenser with cold and sparkling water -Coffee/tea package add-on available -Rentable projector and speakers -If you require any specific A/V, photography, lighting, or other equipment feel free to ask us! Bookings that are less than our minimum hours may be made within 24 hours of the event. If your booking needs to be made further out, please contact us. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type.
