About the Space

YVR Prep Commissary Kitchen & Food Hub is pleased to offer its gorgeous upper floor annex which would be the perfect venue for your next event! BONUS: We have over 60 food companies working here that can provide all your catering, cake, and dessert needs under 1 roof! (100% optional of course) The space has a modern, farmhouse-inspired rustic look with hardwood flooring, beautiful wood paneling treatment, and industrial hanging lights throughout. Large bay windows bring in plenty of natural light during the day. We are a 10-minute walk from Holdom Skytrain station, with convenient vehicle access from Lougheed Highway and Highway 1. Parking is limited during daytime weekdays, so if parking is required then we suggest holding events after 4:30pm or on weekends/holidays when our neighbours are closed. *For groups larger than 25 people (unless it’s more cocktail-style party), we suggest renting additional chairs and tables from an event rental company, as we have limited office-style furniture. **Decorations are welcome as long as they are easily removable and do not damage the property. Helium balloons must be secured. No confetti is permitted.

    Jason and his crew were awesome. The communication was perfect and we got a response right away. The 300 dollar deposit was put through the very next day. We had a great spot for our wedding. Our guests loved the spot and we had many compliments. There is a washroom and about 25 chairs to use. We put balloons out front to show pur guests where we were and there is lots of parking. Will use again in the future if needed.

    Easy to work with, beautiful space! Everyone commented how lovely the venue was. Just to note, there is no elevator! 25 stairs to enter but for those without mobility issues, it’s perfect.

    Wonderful and easy to work with! They helped us with any further planning we needed, and it was easy to add another hour to our booking when we realized we needed it. They provided us a list of catering options in the building, and were there whenever we had questions.

    Absolutely amazing venue for my son’s first birthday party! Jason and Annie were so professional and kind! Such great hosts! The space was the perfect size for the 40 people we had. We would use this venue again in an instant!
