Following the loss of the main residence in the recent Palisades fire, this 6 acre property is available once again as an outdoor filming and event venue centered around its resort-style pool and championship tennis court. Set against sweeping canyon and ocean views, the expansive grounds offer exceptional privacy, lush landscaping, and a versatile open-air backdrop for productions, photo shoots, and special events. Please Note: Due to changes to the property following the recent fire, a scout is required prior to booking confirmation. Rates & Availability Any referenced or baseline rates are based on minimal-impact still photography with a headcount of 15 people or fewer. Projects exceeding 15 attendees are subject to custom pricing based on headcount, scope, usage, duration, and overall production requirements. The view from this location is one of the best views in all of Malibu. The home itself is stunning but even if you never stepped foot inside this property would be worth it. Christopher and his team are professionals and very helpful. This location is worth it.

Beautiful house for filming. Every corner of this place can serve as a filming set up. Plenty of space for parking and a lot of privacy from the neighbors. Would for sure film here again. Host was very kind and stayed out of our way unless we had a question.
