About the Space
Ocean view mansion in Malibu. Immaculate lawn with lush trees and pool in the backyard. 6 acre property with tennis court, bay windows, hardwood floors and white walls. NO EVENTS OR WEDDINGS. The Minimum Rate is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day. This includes usage of the guest house. Alternative restrooms are required for a crew bigger than 15 people. Main house interior access is limited, and will be granted on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Spectacular location. Amazing views of not only the ocean but of Pacific Coast Highway. Home is beautifully appointed. Great and very kind host. One of a kind Malibu location. Quiet and very private. I'll be back.
