About the Space
Welcome!!!! We are a fully furnished 17 room multi faceted historic property which has over 6800 sq ft ! Our base pricing is for 5 and under. please, be advised we also have a site mgr and a small cleaning fee. Text me for price questions. Our property has 17 rooms and is 7,000 sq ft!!! Each closet and 2 rooms (upstairs and downstairs) is packed with additional chairs, sofas, drapes, china, glasses, tablecloths, free candles!! everything!!! it’s like your own PROP HOUSE !!!! WE HAVE EVERYTHING FROM many styles of DRAPES, CAROUSEL HORSE, antique tricycle, mannequins, mid century furniture, 60s furniture, lots of CANDELABRAS, PERSIAN RUGS 80sJEWELRY, PIANO, ORGAN, OLD RECORD PLAYERS, RECORDS, OLD TRUNKS, old costumes, lamps, candles, dishes, silverware, china ON AND ON ALL FREE TO USE!!!! Our house was built in 1882. The property is 5900. sq ft and also has an additional 1100 sq ft hall!!!! . Please be advised theyre are 2 restrooms to use for crew cast under 30. Regardless of size if you clog a toilet while using/filming property you are responsible. Thank you.

The location is beautiful, with a wide range of aesthetics, styles, and sets that can be utilitized for variety. There is plenty of parking, and ample space for staging gear and holding talent. We had booked here for a total of 24 hours, and would gladly book again! Thank you Sally!

Not enough kind words in the world for Sally & this beautiful location. Our production endured some hardships and Sally’s flexibility in accommodating us literally *saved* us. The house speaks for itself—unbelievable character and rich history here. A filmmaker’s dream location. Not to mention the staggering amount of production design/props already available to you.
