What a great experience. I provided a sound bath here and it was a really great space for it! The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. The building was full of so much character and the acoustic’s were amazing. Thank you very much!

We used this room for a Regional meeting and it was really wonderful once we were able to get in the building and get in the room. The facility itself was very accommodating with a full kitchen with snacks and drinks available, as well as vending machines. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest and always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. I gave 4 stars because the location is difficult to find at first and to know which building to enter. There is also an intercom that you have to call the floor on in order to be let in. We did not receive any instructions on what to do here, but we figured it out. One day the elevator broke and we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs. One of our team members is pregnant with twins, so this was hard on her. That being said, the elevator was fixed within a couple hours. All in all it was a decent experience and I would recommend.

The staff was attentive and professional. The ordering system was a bit confusing but it made sense to the wait staff and it worked for them.

About Private Meetings

Private meeting spaces provide a comfortable, private, and secure environment to hold important meetings. Hosts and planners appreciate the lack of distractions that come with a private space and the ability to control the atmosphere of their meetings. A private meeting space allows them to set up the room according to their needs and tastes while ensuring that guests are comfortable and have everything they need close at hand when required. Guests also benefit from this level of privacy, it helps them focus on the task without any external influence or interruption from other people or activities.

Moreover, private meeting spaces are important for protecting confidential information. Discussions happen in these environments that would not be appropriate for public consumption, so having a fully secure location is essential for these conversations to take place without risk of leakage. The host or planner can rest assured knowing that their discussion remains within their chosen meeting space walls, enhancing their comfort level and providing extra security for sensitive matters discussed during the session. Additionally, modern technology allows companies to use AV equipment such as projectors and teleconferencing tools during these meetings, making connecting with remote teams and clients in real time from a safe environment easier than ever.

The Best Private Meeting Spaces

The best private meeting spaces provide a secure, comfortable, and professional environment to host events. With the proliferation of technology, finding great venues for private meetings is easier than ever. From cozy cafes to luxury hotels and conference centers, here are some of the best types of venues for hosting a private meeting:

  • Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are the perfect solution for those looking for a setting to make all the difference in their corporate transactions. From providing cozy seating to allowing participants to make the most of media technologies, the amenities can take any meeting up a notch. Whether coming together with clients or hashing out ideas with colleagues, these rooms guarantee a productive atmosphere that can help deliver satisfying outcomes.
  • Boutique Hotels
Boutique hotels often have unique spaces that can serve as great venues for private meetings. These types of hotels tend to have smaller meeting rooms with modern technology, creative decor, and excellent service, all at affordable prices.
  • Co-working Spaces
Co-working spaces are the perfect option to host many people in one place. Many co-working spaces offer spacious areas with plenty of seating, access to business centers, and trendy designs and innovative technologies for maximum productivity during your meeting.
  • Restaurants
Restaurants can make great private meeting venues, especially in quiet neighborhoods or business districts that offer separate dining rooms or bars. A meal or drink before or after the meeting provides an opportunity to build relationships outside of the office environment and create stronger team dynamics.

What to Look for in Private Meeting Spaces

When choosing a private meeting space, many factors must be considered to ensure the best possible environment for your event. From security and privacy to convenience and atmosphere, it is vital to know what makes an excellent private meeting space before deciding. Here are a few points to keep in mind when selecting the perfect place for your next gathering:

  • Security and Privacy
Ensuring the safety of those attending the event is paramount. Investigate the venue's security protocols and ensure appropriate measures have been taken to protect information and guests. Additionally, prioritize places that guarantee discretion and respect for guests’ privacy rights.
  • Location
Consider ease of access for all attendees and any logistical needs that may arise from specific locations (parking availability, surrounding amenities, etc.). Ensure the space meets all municipal regulations while conveniently located within an acceptable distance from where people need or want to go afterward.
  • Amenities
Assess what services the venue offers in terms of equipment (AV systems, tables/chairs, WiFi), catering options, audio/visual capabilities (projectors/screens), or any other extra perks that may enhance the quality of your event (music system or recreational activities).
  • Atmosphere
Choose a venue that reflects the purpose and goals of your event. Aesthetics should contribute to creating an inviting setting with just the right amount of formality or informality. Also, think through how much flexibility you would require concerning furniture arrangements or environmental settings.

Private Meeting Space Inspiration

Organizing a private meeting can be an exciting experience, but it can also be quite daunting. There are many things to consider when choosing a space and planning the event. Here are a few creative ideas for hosting the perfect private meeting:

  • Hire out a unique venue
Venues like galleries, libraries, museums, or concert halls make great private meeting spaces. They provide a unique atmosphere to impress your guests and create an unforgettable experience.
  • Book a private room in a restaurant
Many restaurants offer private rooms for meetings or events that can be booked for half or full days. This way, you will have access to all the restaurant's amenities, and there's no need to worry about outside catering or seating arrangements.
  • Host on board a boat
If you’re near a body of water, such as a lake or river, why not host your meeting on board? With spacious decks, fresh air, and stunning views, this could be an ideal setting for an intimate gathering of colleagues and clients.
  • Take it outdoors
Why not take your business conversation into nature’s lap if the weather permits? Whether in the garden of your office building, in the park, or on the beach, outdoor settings are more relaxed than indoor ones and add an element of surprise to any meeting.
  • Create your own space at home
If you want something special, consider transforming an unused corner of your home into an area specifically designed for meetings with colleagues and clients. You can set up comfortable seating arrangements with all the necessary technology and resources for any presentation or discussion.
