WITH US, IT'S EASY: -easy to access by TTC & car (lots of parking) -easy to find, accessible unit at building front entrance -easy support: always available during rentals (just call us!) -space is fully furnished, with natural light *PRICING PREMIUMS: — Our listed rate is for weekdays during our open hours (6am-9pm) for small productions under 10 people. For events, the rate increases. — Between 9pm-1am the rate is 250/h, after 1am it's 500/h. — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price. We send you an access code to enter our studio! — Lots of studios are shared, will I be sharing the space with others during my rental? No way Jose!! We would never want to share studio space with others, so you won't either! — I don't like using shared common-area restrooms, do you have a private washroom? You betcha! You can also use it as a change room as well. — Lots of studios are located in old buildings and can be hard to find. Is yours? Nope! We're a private unit, located literally right by the entrance of our building! — Is there an elevator? We have several elevators in our building. — is there a cleaning fee? No. Not if you leave the space in rentable condition., as tidy or tidier than you found it. Otherwise it’s a minimum of $350+tax cleaning fee.

We had a great time at the Toronto Photo Studio Rental & Event Space Loft. Daniel was always responsive and helpful to us! Instructions were labeled clearly in the loft space. We had our mini wedding ceremony in the loft and it was awesome for taking photos and having our family with us for our special day. Highly recommend it and would go back to this venue again! This space was very clean with great lighting and AC, and is exactly as pictured. Clear communication and helpful signs throughout the venue made the session a breeze.
The place is stunning and Daniel is easy to deal with. The only thing you need to plan in advance and make enough time for, is the parking.
