ROOF ACCESS FOR PRODUCTION
Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Exceptions can be made for shoots. Productions may shoot beyond decked roof area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.
Roof deck has a capacity of 25 persons.
