About the Space

1898 Brooklyn, New York Brownstone, 4 floors....Beautiful and original, this is has been our family home for many years! We have arranged the ground floor (and sometimes the second floor) to be used for any number of filming options and/or meeting and catering space. The ground floor stretches in one wide open space from the front patio all the way through out in the backyard where there is a comfortable seating area for congregating, smoking, lighting etc. Our front stoop is also available.
