Our premiere creative space is in the Flat Iron--Tech District. This space is open floor plan which makes it extremely effortless to convert into a production studio or great event space, you will be able to see in the visuals in the photo library. Our premiere creative space on the 18th floor with two freight elevators for production load in and 4 main elevators for guest and crew. This space also has two balconies overlooking downtown NYC.
This space is one of New York City’s most unique event venues, featuring a historic 1000 sqft loft, centrally located in Soho, with plenty of natural light and its rustic Americana design. It will undoubtedly impress you and your guests!
Our designer event space is the perfect spot for your birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, engagement, wedding, product launch, charity parties. Multiple rental options are available from small corporate meetings to social gatherings and parties.

MAIN VENUE HALL:
Our space is decorated with custom-made furniture taken from actual barns across the US. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday pop-up shop.
LOUNGE/CONFERENCE ROOMS:
The Lounge/Catering rooms are located adjacent to the main hall and are comprised of 2 rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs. It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into 2 separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms. Your possibilities are limited by your imagination.

Cleaning Fee - $200 (will apply to all bookings)
Security Guard Fee - $45 per hour (might apply to some bookings/ depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory)

RULES:
Please note that all events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event
No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.

- Our venues are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with guidelines from CDC
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.
- Soft, porous material has been properly cleaned and removed.
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
We are located in Tribeca, three blocks down from Canal Street, and very close to all the major NYC subway lines. White Street which we are on is full of art galleries. So we definitely is in the mist of vibrant artistic environment. There are a handful of restaurants around us that do take-outs, catering, etc.
Bright daylight studio is a 2,000 square feet space with a 13 feet ceilings located on the third floor of a building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. It has 48 feet of south-western exposed 8 feet hign windows.
It is perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video, photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events.

8,000 sq. ft., light filled, two-level flagship store featuring its contemporary and classic kitchens and bathroom furniture. On the first level, fronted by 100 linear feet of full height windows, sit contemporary kitchens in a loft like, open environment. Beautiful conference room surrounded by windows, steps from the 1/2/3 train. Space holds 20 comfortably around rectangular tables (as shown) -- or more if configured differently. Conference room is located within an active community center. Best availability on weekends (all day). On weekdays, space is often available mornings or late afternoon/evenings. Perfect for retreats, workshops, trainings, or board meetings.
