Exposed brick Multi-use Event/Shooting Space
We offer our East Village store for private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, cocktail receptions, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is located in the East Village is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
The space is on the first floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
NOTE: This location is available 24-7 / 365 days a year.

One Nine Six - Versatile Space w/Backyard
One Nine Six is a magnificent space. Approximately 1500 sqft with a basement and backyard in the best location in Brooklyn. This space is directly across from the Barclay's Center and the Atlantic Terminal train hub. The LIRR and many dozen buses and trains allow for easy transportation to and from anywhere in five boroughs and Long Island. This space features approximately 10 ft ceilings and is incredibly versatile. Can be transformed to accommodate any function - an intimate engagement dinner, seminar, networking event, photo shoot, retail pop-up shop, wedding reception - let your imagination be your guide. A full wall of windows onto the street offers direct exposure to the tremendous Flatbush Avenue foot traffic. You can rent just the raw white space or we can transform it for you. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and kitchenette are provided with all rentals. You can rent both floors and the backyard as a package or rent each floor independently.
Rentals hours are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
Venue with a view in the West Village
We have 3,000 sq. ft. of sunlit space in the West Village. With large
windows facing north, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This white space features rooftops views, an open floor plan, and enough space to cater it to your specific needs. The south side of the space opens out onto a large outdoor patio
which will be unavailable until 2019. The space is on the 3rd floor of a doorman building. There is elevator access. Space manager available to be on site.
We are easily accessible via the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D, E, F, and M lines as
well as the Path train.
Smoking is not allowed in this building.
