About the Space
A beautiful parlour floor in a brownstone apartment, furnished with curated vintage pieces. The space features 13-foot ceilings, original molding, and a marble fireplace with an electric insert. The layout includes a large living room, a grand entrance room with an optional queen-size Murphy bed (which can be dressed as a bedroom for shoots), a storage/wardrobe space, kitchen, and a 16 ft x 16 ft private patio. A half bathroom (toilet and sink only) is available for use. The garden level below is also available for hire, with a separate $450 flat fee. With it's natural light and eccentric character, the space is especially well suited for photo shoots, interviews, podcasts, and documentary or film production. It also works beautifully for offsite meetings, client fittings, castings, baby showers, and other small, low-key gatherings. Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed. Smoking or vaping in the building or any of the outdoor spaces will result in a $300 fine. WE REQUIRE SOFT-SOLED SHOES. No heels/boots/hard soled shoes.
