I work for an antiques dealer and used this space to show a large dining table and chairs that we didn't have room for in our usual space. The studio was beautiful and perfect for the purpose, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book the space again.

This is a great place for a multi-scene shoot. It blends old New York construction with hip decoration. The on-site manager, Gypsie, was awesome to work with and the location manager, Dayna was responsive to any questions we had. Only complaint was the call button on the front door didn’t work—nothing really to complain about, though. Clean, well lit and tons of easy to move seating options.

Disadvantages

  • Traffic
Pro tip: if you’re planning on coming to New York over the Christmas period, don’t even think about bringing a car. You’ll be stuck in traffic more than you’ll be moving and the parking is a nightmare.

  • Rats
Apparently, there are five rats for every resident of New York City. Even by big city standards that’s a lot of vermin, so don’t be surprised if you see critters roaming around, especially in the subway,
