This space is one of New York City’s most unique event venues, featuring a historic 1200 sqft loft, centrally located in Soho, with plenty of natural light and its rustic Americana design “(it) will undoubtedly will impress you and your guests.” Our designer event space is the perfect spot for your birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, engagement, wedding, product launch, charity parties. Multiple rental options available from small corporate meetings to social gatherings and parties.

MAIN EVENT HALL:
Our space is decorated with custom-made furniture taken from actual barns across the US. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday pop-up shop.
The Lounge/Catering rooms are located adjacent the main hall and is comprised of 2 rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs. It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into 2 separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms. Your possibilities are limited by your imagination.

Most of the street parking on this area is free, not the avenues only the streets. On 50th street, right in the corner of the building, there's an area dedicated to commercial vehicles where you can park for free (if you have a commercial vehicle). If you find a spot on that corner of 50th street then you will have easy access to the building's ramp. As a plan B, there are three parking garages near by (not free), one is literally under the building, the entrance is located on 51st street. The second one is on 52nd street next to the Skyline Hotel, and the third one (the cheapest one, perfect for bigger cars), is located on 50th street near between 9th and 8th Ave.

We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the meetings and workshops industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. We can also manage catering services for you, we work with some of NYC best caterers, offering many food and budget options.
Once you book the space, before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment and set up all the tech you need and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance or leave if you want privacy for you and your team. After the meeting, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment.

Health & Safety Protocols:
In the wake of COVID-19, we have focused on creating safe work environments for our clients and our team. In doing so, we’ve ensured that all spaces we offer are well ventilated and we have adjusted our procedures to follow both CDC and local government regulations. We now require everyone to wear a mask and gloves when on-site along with many other safety policies and guidelines. We can offer video tours to minimize the need for scouting locations in person and we are also providing additional sanitation measures before and after every reservation including a 24-hour window between bookings in order to guarantee best health and safety practices. In addition to our in-house cleaning team, we’ve partnered with three professional cleaning and sanitization companies (NextCleaners, Cleaning Studio, and Lazy Susan’s Cleaning Service) to offer you a discounted rate for their services if you prefer a third-party specialized deep clean before, during, and/or after your reservation.
COI is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. We can help you sort this out using our trusted COI supplier which is very affordable.
