Absolutely recommended! This is a terrific space with multiple sets and enough indoor area and parking to support our 15 person film crew more than comfortably. AJ and Derek were clear communicators, gracious hosts, and down to earth people who made the experience one less worry for production. We appreciated the safe space to make artistic movie magic.

  • Kobe Terrace
Kobe Terrace is the ideal place to take in all that nature has to offer. With Mt Fuji cherry trees blossoming on the terraced hillside, and vines & pathways winding around the freeway, it's easy to see why. The trees on the hilltop were gifted to us by the people of Seattle's sister city, Kobe, Japan. The Yukimidoro stone lantern, weighing four tons and 200 years old, was a gift from friends in Kobe. If you're looking for a place to enjoy the scenery, take a stroll, and people-watch, head over to the park between S. Washington and S. Main; You'll have an up-close view of the cars speeding down the freeway. It's a perfect place to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in nature.

  • Parsons Gardens
At the turn of the 20th century, Reginald H. Parsons arrived in Seattle with a mission to make his mark on the city. An enterprising businessman, he prospered quickly, becoming one of Seattle's most prominent citizens. His enthusiasm for gardening led him to purchase a property on Queen Anne's South Slope which would become the idyllic Parsons Garden. For years, it served as a private escape for members of the family before eventually being generously donated to the City of Seattle in 1956. Though small in acreage, this spot is graced by blossoming plants and trees and is worthy of attention for its beauty and historical significance.
