Incredible and spacious location for that 50s-70s vibe indeed. Very iconic fixtures, architecture, and matching furniture. Easy to communicate with Christine and David, who were very accommodating for our production. Good street parking and driveway for easy load-in and out.

Excellent space! If you’re looking for a lovely, resonate space for rehearsing and recording wind or string instruments, this is the space. It’s nicely decorated, has large bathroom, and fit my saxophone quartet, and all of our equipment most comfortably. The pictures don’t do the space justice! Also, our host was absolutely lovely, and extremely communicative during the whole process, even with my last-minute booking late at night. Haha! (They saved our rehearsal! Thanks, K!)

Christine and David were SO incredible to work with!! And such an AMAZING SPACE THIS IS! Our team loved every second. Christine was a dream to communicate with with quick responses. Our team filmed Christmas content here and everything about it was flawless. Christine and David were so accommodating. They truly go above and beyond and were so kind with our requests and questions. They are such a great team and our shoot couldn't have gone any more perfect than it did thanks to them! Looking forward to working with them in the future! The pictures of the house are already beautiful, being there was definitely so much more. The space is so diverse and cohesive at the same time! We were able to utilize multiple spaces and the preview of the film looks INCREDIBLE! Our team has done several shoots in between LA and Seattle and I have to say this has been my absolute favorite!
