I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the office space. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our film production. The outside patio was also spacious, and it was large enough to accommodate all of our G&E and art staging. The location of the office space was also fantastic. It was in a central location with easy access to restaurants and parking. Parking for 30 person crew is not an issue. Additionally, the location owner Josue was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the rental process, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that all of our production needs were met. Overall, I would highly recommend this office space to anyone looking for a cubicle office and a functional location to have a film production. The overall experience was top-notch.

Terrific office location with cubicles for all your filming needs. Has a quaint little break room with fridge, table, coffee maker. Also a huge patio that looks over a shopping strip. The property manager of the place was incredibly helpful and great to work with. I have zero complaints whatsoever.
