Designed by Paul Tay, AIA in 1959, this L-shaped, single-level property sprawls across nearly 1/3 of an acre as it distinctly connects the indoor and outdoor environments. Bright interiors are connected to dynamic outdoor rooms. The interiors include 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in 3,500 square feet of sharp space. The outdoor environment includes front entry, atrium, central courtyard, outdoor bathroom, grassy lawn, pool and spa, cooking station, two fire pits, sauna, climbing wall, mature landscaping and entertainment pavilions.
