My studio live work space is 3500 ft² of open floor plan loft space ground floor concrete stamped to look like tile but its cement the contents are all art supplies and I'm an artist so it's my art studio I have a welding rea with steel table and soldering equipment & area a hood above for garments I have rolling racks , I have several stainless steel rolling tables XL wood top tables also on wheels and smaller tables I have aceramic wheel and 3 kilns and casting equipment for metal, 8ft indistrial rolling steel ladder track led lighting an 18' ceiling white wall andva all brick wall ,the front is plate glass from floor to ceiling wall-to-wall and there's a double doors 7' opening wood frame glass doors , I 9' high and above that there is a little mezzanine type overhead. things so the windows are somewhat like display windows or not. its off the street right off of the 10' wide sidewalk ,a full kitchen with the commercial oven stove and a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry Room with a washer and dryer all those rooms are usable the room off the kitched is 25 by 25 where my bed is but I have rolling racks in there so that could be whatever that's all brick and one whole wall which is 25' is solid brick historical brick with a steel door and that leads out to like a small walkway the back part is probly not for a shoot but theres a breeze and light and air. Ll new Commercial heat and air conditioning . This Art Studio is full of paint and hand tools ,3 band saws and 2 grinding wheels ,and 3 belt Sanders and rolling bread racks to dry paintings or screen prints ,I have window paint ,sign paint ,screen printing paint powder coating paint ,oil paint ,acrylic paint, spray paint, hand tools,
ie.-hammers , hardware , saws, hand finishing senders, table saw, and racks and a big bins and rolling shelving racks.
it's full of hardware and tools, cutting boards and anyway so that I am listing it as an art studio full of art supplies and wood working , metalsmithing tools and might be a good set. Everything except for the steel welding table can be moved.
