Our 11,000sq ft gym has top of the line equipment in a private industrial building. Our strength and conditioning specific facility offers 20yards of Lucious green turf, 6 8ft Olympic weightlifting platforms, power cages, and a full 4,500sq ft CrossFit space complete with a Rogue Squat rig, ropes to the ceiling, and plenty of cardio based equipment.
