About the Space
Great open-air, 2-story warehouse space with multimedia LED screens. Many sections of the venue are available for rent. The screens are made of a transparent glass with embedded LED lights, making it a great tool to get creative and utilize the space in a multidimensional capacity, for example shooting subjects both in front and behind the screen. Great for music video, film shoots and photoshoots. Many sections of the venue are available for rent. Great for music video, film shoots and photoshoots. Base hourly rate covers lighting up ONE of the four set ups in the pictures: G-Cube, G-Office, G-Stage, G-Wall. The technology has the ability to have customized graphics, sound/motion activation, and live art/app syncing and display. Previous clients have used the technology for music videos, photoshoots, concerts, private shows, fashion shows, trade shows, shopping centers and more. (We no longer allow parties of any kind, and no alcohol. Second level is accessible by stairs and features extra office space and a small balcony that overlooks the installations downstairs. 16 designated parking spots and ample street unmetered parking available. Guests will be required to provide their own permitting and insurance requirements. The team here is incredible. They are wildly accomodating, understanding, and thoughtful. It's a great place to shoot -- the wow factor is unmatched with the LED panels. It's a very clean warehouse too. When it comes to the art potential and workflow, this is definitely the spot to be! I highly recommend shooting here and I would use this location again without question. The experience was super pleasant. Please respect this space :) Here are some parking tips for productions to keep your day running smoothly: The location has about 6-8 spots that you can utilize for staging outside and VIP parking. If you have a larger sized crew (25 people or more), with A LOT of trucks, or motorhomes, posted parking is ESSENTIAL for trucks/big vehicles. You can probably fit two-three cubes inside the warehouse comfortably, but that's it. There is not much parking on the property as it is a working truck yard with businesses that stay busy. That being said, there are alternative lots in the area, you just have to properly prepare for it and get some pass vans for shuttling. You CANNOT park in unmarked spots on this property or double park because the semi-trucks have to be able to turn around -- long story short, you'll be spending more time making sure no one is parked where they shouldn't be if you don't think through the parking plan. It is not a location where you can just "find spots". You will have to move your cars. This is the same rules on the weekends, however, the weekends are less busy. I would have a PA helping direct cars on the day to land them if you don't have a transpo team to keep things moving smoothly. Very important to make sure cars are parked where they're supposed to be otherwise you'll be running around trying to find the owner of the car to get them to move it.
