    Terry just GETS IT. Very production friendly and will work with your budget. The staff is all onboard and very nice and helpful. The other hotel guests were given a notice of filming and are very understanding and nice. The hotel itself gives classic hotel vibes and is very spacious and updated inside the rooms. Terry is a very responsive host. A++. Thank you.

    Terry was accommodating and allowed us to use every area of the motel so that we could film our desired scenes. He was easy to reach and went above and beyond for our production. I appreciate his amazing hospitality and would definitely rent again.
