This gorgeous house was remodeled & upgraded including newer kitchen in keeping with the historic features of the architecture of the building. The house offers astonishing views of the Pacific Ocean & the Catalina Island, as well as some of the most famous landmarks of Long Beach. Landmarks such as the historic retired ocean liner, Queen Mary & the colorful Grissom island. Enjoy water activities, walking, running, biking, kayaking, boating, etc. Watch a Christmas Boat Parade from your porch or your balcony. Fantastic resort living feel. We had our babyshower at this place and we couldn’t be more happier with the place, and the owner, and his perfect communication with us. Pictures don’t do justice to it. You have to come and see it for yourself. It’s absolutely lovely, gorgeous views, so spacious, nice sitting area inside the house and outside, my guests loved it! Layout of the house is great for hosting parties, furniture was lovely set up, very comfortable, beautiful wooden art pieces on the wall. This place also had a cave in the downstairs outdoor area, great for pictures, makes this place so unique and extra special. We loved our whole experience so much and definitely would come back to celebrate more events there. All our friends were kept asking us how did we found such cool place. Thank you Tom, we were very, very happy with the whole experience at your lovely place.
