Beautiful Modern Home and Backyard

About the Space

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood in Southern California's Orange County. The neighborhood was originally built in the late 1950's, but most homes, like ours, have been rebuilt. Our home construction was finished in August of 2018. Our home is a combination of both traditional and modern styles. It has a traditional brick walkway up to a brick front entry, surrounded by white columns. The entry way and front living room have ceilings that are 13 feet tall. The decor is consistent throughout the home consisting of a warm beige wall color, white crown molding and base boards, and white shutters. The kitchen is large with a 12 foot island and counter height dining area of white quartz. The dining room has a 10 foot long solid wood dining table. There is a large upstairs open room with vaulted ceilings 16 feet tall, and a third floor room made into a home movie theater. Our backyard was completed in 2023. It has a large covered patio with recessed lighting, heaters and gas fireplace. We have a large outdoor eating area, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a small golf putting green. The home is minimally decorated with pictures on the walls, so it could easily be transformed into your perfect filming location.
