Rick set up tables for the event and was readily available for whatever we needed. I just want give a special thanks to Rick and his wife for letting us extend the time on the event and letting us come into their home and making us feel very welcoming. The living room is furnished with plush sofas, a gorgeous capiz chandelier, eclectic artwork, a cozy stone fireplace with a wooden mantle, a small mid-century modern desk, and a banana leaf wallpaper accent wall. The dining room is designed with green botanical wallpaper, built-in storage, a beautiful wooden buffet, and a mid-century dining room table. The kitchen has ample counter space for food preparation and is fully equipped with a stainless steel farmhouse sink and appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, an island with barstool seating, and neutral granite countertops. The family room is the perfect seating area with green botanical wallpaper, a vintage inspired emerald green sofa, and modern-meets-eclectic décor. On the second floor, you’ll find the large primary bedroom with a king-size bed, two adorable kids bedrooms with colorful walls and decor, a home office/gym, an additional lounge area with a television, and four bathrooms.
