Our venue is located right in the thick of it all making it an ideal location for your milestone celebrations, corporate meetings, or pop-up restaurants.
The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests for sit-down events and 80 guests for cocktail-style events and is inclusive of six 6ft tables, six cocktail tables, and 40 chairs.
Downtown Professional Events with Great Views

Our professional technology floor is outfitted with screens, projectors, tons of chairs and tables, which are light and easily moved.
The gray, blue and orange walls create a welcoming environment. The windows provide an inspiring background.
When visitors describe the floor, the most common comments are: Great Vibe, Nice Energy, Super Buzz.
Photography Studio in Pioneer Square
From $50 per hour
Open layout photography (565 square feet) studio with exposed brick on one wall, 9' seamless rolls, tall ceilings, and lighting equipment (use of lighting not included in standard rate). Located two blocks from the Pioneer Square light rail station, one block from the Ferry Terminal, next to several parking lots and garages.
The space is available from seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Located in the Prudential Building on Alaskan Way in Pioneer Square, there is ample street, lot, and garage parking in the area as well as easy access via public transportation (West Seattle Water Taxi, Seattle Ferry Tunnel, Pioneer Square Underground Tunnel Station, etc.)
The space has two white and one exposed brick wall, tall ceilings, wood flooring, a changing room, and a loft office all available for use. The unit is located on the first floor and a loading zone in front makes it easy for production teams to set up and break down for the day.

Antique 1904 ballroom originally used for a Boeing meeting hall. The space is most notable for its spacious wooden chamber featuring old growth douglas fir floors, wainscoting and millwork throughout. Large original windows on all sides of the chamber pour in natural daylight to the inhabiting art studios and the larger community areas.

Our unique and creative space is ideal for photo shoots and commercials, and allows for multiple set ups. The space is welcoming, cozy, and an ideal setting for those who appreciate creativity. The space welcomes natural light and a clean open feel. Designed with history and sustainability in mind, we have incorporated many refurbished elements including polished bleacher board floors, salvaged windowpanes and tables made of recycled gym floorboards. Easy access off of Elliott Ave W in lower Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle's quieter part of the city, sits just off the railroad tracks and offers west facing light in the afternoons. Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements.
Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more.
