Two-level longtime Knights of Columbus space - recently renovated 1200sqft meeting hall and kitchen on main floor with 500sqft vintage basement bar and small back patio, all in an ideal Brooklyn location steps from transit and Prospect Park. Meeting hall at street level was recently upgraded with new tile drop ceiling, vinyl plank hardwood floor, exposed brick and fresh drywall, with new electrical/lighting and plumbing throughout.
