Two-level longtime Knights of Columbus space - recently renovated 1200sqft meeting hall and kitchen on main floor with 500sqft vintage basement bar and small back patio, all in an ideal Brooklyn location steps from transit and Prospect Park. Meeting hall at street level was recently upgraded with new tile drop ceiling, vinyl plank hardwood floor, exposed brick and fresh drywall, with new electrical/lighting and plumbing throughout. Kitchen features plentiful counter space and fridge/stove/sink/microwave. Two spacious bathrooms with multiple stalls as well. Basement bar is frozen in time to another era of Brooklyn clubhouses, with a full bar inlaid with Knights of Columbus iconography, pool table, jukebox, video poker machine and many other untouched period details from decades ago. Two small bathrooms at this level as well.
