This screening room is fitted with big theater-style seats that will seat 18 comfortably. The large flat screen TV has HDMI connection perfect for a presentation or debuting visual work. The space is next to a pantry room/ common area and outdoor terrace. There is more than enough room to set up snacks, drinks, and even have a bartender. We think you'll find good use for this creative and inviting space!

Bit of confusion with the floor number and where to send people but overall great location, great people, and they were willing to be flexible to our constantly changing plans.

The space was absolutely perfect for a 25-30 person group. The outdoor terrace was a big hit (room for 10 people) and the audio visual was no hiccups. I would absolutely suggest this space to any & all. Katy, was a rockstar and would be happy to work with her again. Super responsive!

Location Rules
- Catering allowed
- Upon arrival guests will be sent to the 16th floor where they will be greeted by reception and directed to the appropriate space. Guests will be using a conference room in a shared office space environment. We ask that guests are respectful of the permanent tenants, clean up after themselves, and be in touch with our staff for any issues that may arise. If guests will be ordering catering it will need to be labelled clearly with contact info and delivered to the 16th floor. We provide filtered hot and cold water and have microwaves, Keurig machines, refrigerators, freezers and an ice machine on premises.
