Miss Paulette and Russell were such a pleasure to work with. I wish all homeowners were so open and communicative! They were very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Communication was great whether by phone or email, they were very responsive. We had a great shoot for our documentary and had no issues at all. I would definitely love to work with them again whenever we film in NY!

  • Choose the event type: Determine what event you're hosting and find a location that fits its theme and audience. Ensure the chosen location has enough space for your gazebos and other necessary amenities, such as restrooms or food vendors.

  • Consider the size and layout of the gazebo: Will they be arranged in one large area or spread out in smaller groups? This will affect where specific gazebos should be placed to serve your guests best.

Famous Locations in New York

  • The Fillmore East
The Fillmore East was built in 1926 as the Commodore Theater cinema, but it became a rock concert hall in 1968. It quickly became known for hosting great shows from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and The Grateful Dead. Unlike other venues of its time, the Fillmore East was known for its intimate atmosphere and experimentation with sound technology. The Fillmore East may no longer operate, but its legend lives on through those who experienced the magic within its walls. The building eventually reopened as a Broadway theatre and is now known as George Wolfe's Joe's Pub at The Public Theater.

  • Atlantic Avenue Tunnel
Vanderbilt's plans for the Atlantic Avenue Tunnel were momentarily halted by politicians and businesspeople who saw possible profits in freight transportation and expanding the subway system. Endless legal disputes and deceitful plans eventually led to city auditor George Affleck's murder. The tunnel was forgotten until urban explorers rediscovered it in the 1980s. The Gotham City subway is a beautiful reminder of New York City's history and our ever-evolving relationship with transportation. Though public members cannot use it now, concerned citizens give guided tours through particular tunnel sections so its memory might not fade away.

  • The Hangman's Elm
The history of the Hangman's Elm tree is shrouded in mystery. Still, some believe it dates back to the 1776 execution of Nathan Hale, a spy for George Washington's army during the Revolutionary War. Others believe it was used as a gallows during the British occupation of New York City during the War of 1812. Whatever its history, this tree has stood tall through hundreds of years and countless changes in Washington Square Park. As you stroll through the park, take a moment to appreciate this living legend with a dark past. It is a reminder that nature outlasts all else and has seen some of history's most significant events.
