Located in film industry-friendly Ardsley township (Town of Greenburgh), host to numerous film locations. A half hour from Manhattan, minutes from White Plains, blocks from several major highways. Stationary floor-to-ceiling picture window overlooking oft-filmed Ferncliff cemetery across the street, seen in many Dick Wolff productions. Lots of lighting and electrical in the house and on the new stone patio in the back.

Andrew was so very kind and welcoming to my cast and crew! He graciously showed us his home and is very generous about the access we had to his space. All he required of us were some very simple and basic house rules to abide by. His home is well furnished and looks lived in which makes it a great film shoot location! Would recommend to anyone looking for a house to shoot their next project in!

So I hadn’t done anything creative in a really long time so getting back into the whole production space was really a breeze specially working with Andrew. He was very quick to with response and he confirmed me ASAP. He was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Air conditioner was fantastic . It was a very hot day he also accommodated us with waters introduced us to a space can and give us our privacy by leaving the property while we produced and most of all, I can’t forget, we left a few things, and he was sweet enough to travel out of his way to bring us those items which I think was awesome. I would definitely recommend a space.

From start to finish, Andrew was a joy to work with. He accommodated my location scout on very short notice, and very clearly communicated at each step of the process. His home was perfect for our shoot - and he was a gracious host. I would return to shoot here in a heartbeat!
