About the Space
*UPDATED FURNITURES AND APPLIANCES AND A GYM* We’ve upgraded to the matte white look Café série to match the white and gold kitchen cabinets and gold faucet. We turned one of our guest room into a gym pictured above. We have 2 big bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. (Only one is pictured) Those areas are add-ons , meaning they are not included in the base price. The base price gives you access to the 1st floor. ( kitchen and living rooms ). there is a half bath on the first floor. Great for photoshoots and Video shoots but please read the house rules carefully. Big open kitchen nicely furnished living rooms close to the 4 express train 8 to 30 people can be comfortable in the space The bigger the crew/the more equipment, the more wear and tear to our home, so once at 15 people and above the price changes. The space is close to a supermarket, various fast food places etc... We used this location for a commercial shoot, and it exceeded all our expectations. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a pristine and aesthetically pleasing environment that significantly enhanced our production quality. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it a comfortable and professional setting for our team. The owner, Maba, was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. We went into overtime and he graciously worked with us on the price. Overall, this location is a true gem.
