About the Space
Rare semi-detached (end of a row) townhouse in Jackson Heights with beautifully landscaped outdoor space and recently renovated interior spaces. Backyard features multiple conversation areas, patio, manicured gravel area with ornamental plantings and firepit, BBQ, and wooden deck leading into main floor. Access is street level around side of house. Main floor is open plan, clean and cheerful midcentury modern feel. Kitchen has granite peninsula and stainless appliances with custom woodwork. Large living area, with colorful accent walls. Upstairs features main bedroom, a library (floor to ceiling bookshelves), small office with electric piano, and classic New York-style marble bath. Downstairs (backyard level) is a music studio with 7' grand piano, recording booth, and another bathroom, with a door leading out to patio. There is a garage with roller door to front driveway (small).
