About the Space
DEFAULT BOOKING: Includes the Living Room, Kitchen and Upstairs Bedroom and Lounge Room NOT INCLUDED: Master Bedroom, Backyard, Front yard, Basement Studio apt (Low Ceiling) *Please see add ons for additional space pricing* Add On Pricing: Master Bedroom - $200 flat fee Basement Apt - $200 flat fee Backyard - $25/hr Front Yard - $25/hr Full House is 1750 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open concept living/dining/kitchen as well as driveway, garage, studio, and private patio. Fully equipped smart home (every room has an echo and hue lighting) My company deals with operations, management, and design in the theatre, film, fashion, and entertainment industry. I have lots of equipment for use in the space for various types of work; desk space (multiple set ups, carpentry tools, lighting and studio equipment, etc) so space can be transformed and used for multiple purposes. There are many rooms in the space indoor and outdoor so please inquire with which specific locations you are looking to utilize. Basement studio apt is available if larger events and more space are required, please inquire if interested. It is in an additional 300sq ft with another bath and kitchenette and bedroom and lounge area. Please note Ceilings are low in basement (5’10” — 6’1”) If all space is used the house could accommodate events of 30 ppl. Please note not all bedrooms can be available simultaneously on any booking unless discussed prior to booking. At least 1 room must be available for host at all times (master bedroom, green bedroom, or black and white room) COVID POLICIES: Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items. I also use UV-C light in harder to reach and high traffic areas. ALL guests are encouraged to wear masks during the shoot (not provided, additional fee if I must provide). Subjects in front of the camera do not need to wear a mask while filming but should wear one when not filming and all behind the scenes staff are encouraged to wear at all times

Jeromy was a gracious host - answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. We did a small shoot and needed to make the space look like several different locations. We were able to film upstairs and downstairs and create unique setups for each scene. The space looked great on camera. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet - great for filming. Would definitely use this space again!

Jeromy was a fantastic host and the space is just as advertised. We utilized both the house and downstairs apartment space for a small film shoot and were very happy with both. Definitely recommend.
