About the Space

With our ample space, our home is perfect for: photoshoots, interviews and intimate dinner parties. It offers lots of natural light and beautiful decor. Our 3,500 sq ft space is located in Elizabeth NJ. Features: - A well decorated first floor inclusive of a living room, dining, kitchen (no cooking allowed) and guest bathroom. - Functional kitchen - Large windows - Lots of natural light -A Feature wall Our second level consists a contemporary living room, bedroom and 2bd bathroom. Definitely a must see! We are 13 minutes away by car from Newark airport and 4 mins away from the train into NYC. The total drive and train time from the city is 30 mins Rules Rules for Lignum & Oaks Rental Space -No early access allowed. Booking starts exactly at start time, no earlier. Silverware, plates or glasses are not apart of the rental therefore they should not be used No smoking in home No parties No pets are allowed on property No loud music after 8pm Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors Rental time does not include setup and teardown time please plan book additional time if set is required Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space, as well as the gate leading to the driveway. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. No shoes or standing is allowed on furniture during booking All garbage must be taken off premises once the reservation is over Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Guests will be responsible for any damages to furniture or property (stains, spills, rips, tearing of fabric, scratches or broken furniture) Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. We want all guests to experience a clean, smoke free environment. There is a $300 additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Due to the light color of the furniture, food and drinks must only be consumed in the kitchen area. If you are wearing denim or other clothing items that might bleed onto the light colored furniture, a towel can be provided, to sit on. Shoe covers will be provided to each guest upon arrival and must be worn throughout the duration of the shoot, with the exception of the talent. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking
