Great location, very accomodating, had plenty of holding areas available with chairs and working bathrooms. The team was helpful and kept in contact. Aside from the kitchen area, the building is abundant with great sets, will definitely be back here. Street parking was also plentiful on a Sunday.

About New York

New York is the most populated city in the entire United States with over 8.3 million residents. It is home to Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, and the Empire State Building and is the most photographed city in the world.

The city's industrial spaces are not just about storage; they're venues where every square foot can transform into a venue for a groundbreaking gallery show or an innovative pop-up event.

There are so many warehouse spaces in New York that it might seem impossible to find the right one for your needs, whether you need a place for a photo shoot, a video production, or an event. Because warehouses can be found in many places, from the busy streets of Manhattan to the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, you have to look around to find the best deal for your project size and the average price for sf yr (square feet per year).

Long Island City and Industry City stand out as hubs for businesses seeking a New York industrial space. These spaces offer features that cater to professionals looking for office space, storage, or distribution venues. These areas are well-known for their mix of natural light, expansive rooms, and availability in both metric and imperial units, accommodating companies of all sizes.

From Ave Queens to the shores of Staten Island, every location promises unique advantages, whether it's proximity to major traffic arteries, excellent security, or access to the city's rich commerce and culture.

If you have found your warehouse space in New York, then it is time to do all the detailed work. But why do it all yourself when NYC has so many talented specialists who can help?

Event Planning Services
Hiring a professional event planner in New York can make planning activities in warehouses or office spaces a lot easier. They can come up with ideas, coordinate with vendors, and manage the day-of logistics. By planning the layout precisely using both metric and imperial units, they make good use of the industrial space.

Lighting and Sound Equipment Rentals
These rentals are very important for turning a raw space in New York into an immersive one, like those in Long Island City or Industry City. Sound equipment makes sure that speeches, music, and performances have clear sound, and lighting can bring out the architectural details of industrial spaces. With these rentals, hosts can change the venue's atmosphere and sound to fit the needs of their project.

Furniture and Decor Rental Services
These companies can help you decorate a space to suit any event theme. They have a lot of different styles of furniture, from modern office furniture to unique pieces that would look good in a creative warehouse setting. Furniture rentals in New York give you the freedom to change the look and function of a location, whether they need to set up a functional office or a cozy lounge area.

Security Services
If you store expensive equipment used for photo shoots or productions it is best to hire professional security services. These businesses have trained staff who can watch guests come and go, keep assets safe, and make sure the event is safe overall. They can be especially important in boroughs like the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn, where traffic and public activity can vary.

Transportation and Logistics Companies
These companies can make everything get to the right place and on time by moving people, equipment, and props to and from the warehouse venue. They can navigate New York City's complicated traffic, which makes them very useful for events or productions that need to go to different places on Staten Island, Manhattan, or anywhere else in the city.

Tech Installation Providers
You can't do without a reliable internet connection for most events and productions. Tech companies can set up, for example, temporary high-speed Wi-Fi networks for business communications or guests to connect to live streams and social media updates. This service is especially helpful in places like Ave Queens or warehouses in Brooklyn where the infrastructure might not be up to par for a high-tech project.

It is crowded
With over 8.3 million residents and who knows how many tourists, everywhere you go will likely be crowded so do everything at irregular times to thin out the crowds.

Traffic
