FEES:
Cleaning Fee - $200.00
Security Guard Fee - $45.00 per hour (depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory)
Bartender Fee - $35.00 per hour (please note that bartender is mandatory when alcohol is served and only plastic cups and utensils are allowed)

No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. No confetti is allowed on site.
All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time.

Our studio is outfitted with 14' ceilings, an exposed brick wall, fluted original columns, and two adjoining kitchen spaces for two different looks.

The whole space is open so you are able to shoot anywhere inside the rooftop we also have a backdrop and lighting equipment that is extra charge but very useful to put a background for different kinds of shoots.
Have in mind that this a rooftop of a residential building. so please instruct all your crew or guest to not be loud while walking up or down the stairs! Subject to Fines for noise complaints.

This raw underground space is conveniently located in the Lower East Side/Chinatown and is the premier multifunctional production, event, and meeting venue. It is within a charming boutique building that was formerly home and recording studio to the Beastie Boys in their early career.
This cellar space is a column-free open floor with 3,000 sqft and high ceilings between the two rooms that are linked by a beautiful archway. The studio features original exposed brick and is extremely versatile.
55 Chrystie is ideal for film/photo shoots, music videos, gallery shows/exhibitions, digital content creation, fashion shows, product launches, intimate gatherings and events, private creative classes, and a holding area for cast/crews. The space comes raw and you are welcome to bring your own equipment and decorations. It's in an elevator building and has direct stairwell access to the street. If additional space is required, there are other studios on the floor that can be rented for check-in, breakout or storage areas.
We are located on Chrystie Street (between Canal and Hester), directly across from Sara Roosevelt Park. It's a short 2-minute walk from the Grand Street B/D express trains and half a block from Canal Street which has access to numerous subway lines including J/Z/6/N/R/Q/W/F. Easy access via the Manhattan Bridge to/from Brooklyn. Chrystie Street has a bike path with several Citibike stations nearby.

This listing is for the entire building, which includes the first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. A 30-person capacity private roof deck opens up to the beautiful city skyline. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height — ready to display art or host modern vows. Our Williamsburg location is ideal for pop-ups, sample sales, holding, or private openings. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photoshoot, wedding or reception. ROOF ACCESS FOR PRODUCTION
Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Exceptions can be made for shoots. Productions may shoot beyond decked roof area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.

LOST ITEMS
We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you and your guests remove everything before leaving the building, we have cleaners who will remove unidentified items from the building without consultation. We suggest retrieving left items within 24 hours of event.
