This beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck. The loft can host up to 50 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 13-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photoshoots, or special events. A 25-person capacity private roof deck opens up to the beautiful city skyline. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photoshoot, wedding or reception. A quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life. Roof: the decked area has a 30 person capacity. Productions may shoot beyond decked area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Cleaning Fees: $180 one floor HOUSE RULES Midnight end time for amplified music NO Smoking Open fires or exposed candles (sternos allowed for catering/food warming purposes). Overnight Stays Adult Filming YES Catering is allowed Alcohol permitted, but cannot be sold ROOF ACCESS FOR PRODUCTION Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Exceptions can be made for shoots. Productions may shoot beyond decked roof area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck. Roof deck has a capacity of 25 persons. Due to constant wear and tear, some of the furniture on the listing photos might be in repair or replaced. If there is a particular furniture that’s crucial for your event, please inquire or schedule a virtual or site visit.

Our wedding reception at Fifth House was just what we wanted. We were 100% satisfied with all our interactions with the management during the planning. They were quick to answer all our questions. The facilities manager on site, Shah, was exceptional on the day of the reception, making sure we had everything we needed. Our guests unanimously complimented us on the choice of venue. It was the perfect size for our party of 70 guests. We would certainly recommend Fifth House to friends and family.

This venue was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed. It has different spaces for guests to hang out, and yet feels very intimate. All the AV equipment is ready to go. The grand piano in the main space is a very nice touch, while the tub and old/vintage television in the back room gives the space a fun and unexpected vibe. Furthermore, Diana was extremely helpful and had a very quick response time. Shay, who was onsite was extremely helpful the day of to assist us with the AV equipment. All the guests loved the space and everyone had a great time. Will definitely book again in the future!
