Brenda and her family were so accommodating to our crew for a short film. From the initial scout throughout the filming day, she was attentive, kind, and excited to help us make our short film come to life. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

Farah’s apartment is pretty much turnkey for film production. Her beautiful taste and willingness to leave her personal items out gives the place a gorgeous but homey, lived-in look with zero production design effort. On top of that Farah was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt to respond to requests, and forgiving of set faux pas like spilling coffee. She even put up with a very long and detailed tech scout. The space is tight but worth it. Highly recommended!

Where to begin! We absolutely loved not only the amazing decor of the apartment, the layout of the place with different levels, great different areas and amazing patio and two massive bedrooms but also working with the owner Jarrett. He went above and beyond to work with us on this shoot and we couldn't have wished for a better place to shoot a music video in. Everything production wise worked out perfectly reg electricity, internet and storage, we were able to use the garage for load in and had our crafty set up in there as well. I can highly recommend shooting here, the place really delivered on everything we hoped it would be and more!

Owner was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the questions we had regarding the building. Lots of small props and furniture to use in the house. Great older looking location with lots of great rooms to use. Parking space for a truck, and very quite neighborhood. Would highly recommend this location if you like the photos!

Famous Locations in New York

  • Minerva Monument
Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn has an illustrious history. It was one of America's first rural cemeteries, and by 1860, it was attracting a whopping 500,000 visitors a year. But what makes this cemetery genuinely unique is its connection to the Revolutionary War. Charles M. Higgins, an Irish immigrant, built an altar on Battle Hill to commemorate the first major battle after the Declaration of Independence. And what better way to top it off than with a statue of Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom? Higgins ensured Minerva wouldn't feel lonely by arranging for Lady Liberty's upraised torch, located 3.5 miles to the West, to reciprocate her waving hand. Who says monuments can't have friends?
