This stunning red brick converted theater hall can be used for a huge variety of purposes.
The theater itself has over 1500sf with 20ft ceilings, with access to up to 5000 sq ft of additional space throughout the brownstone including dressing rooms, commercial-styled bathrooms, conference room spaces, a rooftop with 360 views of Manhattan, a private outdoor smoking area, the list goes on, that you can include in your rental and discuss package deals. The theater space is turnkey with a lighting truss, two spiral staircases, projector, flexibility for f&b and catering and much more.
We have worked with brands including Universal Music Group, Yahoo, New York Women's Foundation, and many more.
