Originally built in the early 1900s, this completely renovated, five story townhouse is located on New York City's Upper Westside. Featuring exposed brick, steel, and copper pipes, the 3200+ square foot property contains two kitchens (with Viking appliances), a den/pool table/jukebox room, a showroom, a screening room, four office spaces with wood beam ceilings, five bathrooms including the master bath (complete with steam shower and jacuzzi) four fireplaces with original wood mantels, and a patio. The Art Deco theme can be found in each custom designed space adorned with an outstanding collection of musical and pop culture furniture and artifacts, anyone or all of which can be removed to fit the occasion. Retrofitted for any type of film, television, advertisement shoot, and/or social event, I have intentionally omitted specific photos of the interior contents for security reasons.

  • The High Line
One of the more recent attractions to pop up in New York is an old rail line that has been converted into a public urban walking park. The High Line is both a public park with attractions to check out and a bit of urban art on its own that anyone with a bit of free time can enjoy.

  • Times Square
